黑木耳设施吊袋栽培主要技术参数研究

Study on the Main Technical Parameters of Auricularia auricula in Facilitied Cultivation

通过对黑木耳(Auricularia auricula)设施吊袋栽培刺孔形状、刺孔口径、刺孔深度、环境湿度、环境温度、遮阳度、二氧化碳浓度、吊袋离地高度、吊袋间距等技术参数的探究,确定适宜的刺孔形状为"O"字形或"1"字形,刺孔口径为0.5 cm,刺孔深度为0.8 cm~1.2 cm,催芽环境湿度为85%~90%,耳片生长环境温度为20℃~25℃,环境遮阳度为85%,环境二氧化碳浓度不高于1300 mg·m^(-3),底层吊袋离地高度为30 cm,每串吊袋间距为20 cm。

Through the study on the piercing shape,hole diameter,piercing depth,humidity,temperature,shading degree,carbon dioxide concentration,height of the bottom hanging bags from the ground and the distance between each string of hanging bags of facilitied cultivation Auricularia auricula,it is determinated that the suitable piercing shape is O or 1,the piercing hole diameter is 0.5 cm,the piercing depth is 0.8 cm-1.2 cm,and the humidity of germination is 85%-90%,the temperature for ear piece growth is 20℃-25℃,the shading degree is 85%,the carbon dioxide concentration is not higher than 1300 mg·m^(-3),the height of the bottom hanging bag from the ground is 30 cm,and the distance between each string of hanging bags is 20 cm.
