双孢蘑菇湿泡病抗病性鉴定方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 以3个不同颜色的双孢蘑菇品种,4株不同地理来源的有害疣孢霉菌株为供试材料,对有害疣孢霉的接种方式、接种浓度、接种时双孢蘑菇菌盖大小、接种后湿度控制及抗病性评价时间等因素做了综合研究及分析。观察并记录发病症状及发病率,建立病情评价标准。结果显示最佳评价方法为,喷雾式接种,菌盖直径9 mm~14 mm,接种有害疣孢霉的最佳孢子浓度3×10^(4)个/mL,接种后最佳培养湿度86%~91%,最佳评价时间为接种后第5天。建立科学的适用于双孢蘑菇湿泡病的抗病评价体系,为双孢蘑菇湿泡病抗病遗传育种工作的顺利开展提供科学前提。 In order to establish a stable resistance evaluation system of Agaricus bisporus wet bubble disease.Three cultures of A.bisporus and four isolates of Hypomyces perniciosus were selected as the materials.The inoculation concentrations,inoculation stages,and evaluation times were screened and disease symptoms recorded.The results were as follows,the optimal inoculation and disease resistance evaluation method was as follows:optimal concentration was 3×10^(4) spore per milliltier inoculated on the surface of the peilus(peilus diameter is 9 mm-14 mm),after inoculation and cultivation under 86%-91%humidity,5 days later investigation of the disease index(DI)was done.The DI was determined by the number and size of visible blotches on the surface of the peilus.
