As the most innovative high-tech carrier,the comprehensive wall breaking technology patent of Ganoderma lucidum spores plays an important role in the technological innovation of G.lucidum processing technology and the development of G.lucidum industry.The wall breaking patent of G.lucidum spores is an internationally recognized intangible asset,which should be protected.The relevant laws and regulations of patent intellectual property protection were summarized and analyzed,the patent protection of G.lucidum spore wall breaking technology was discussed in detail,and specific patent protection measures and suggestions were given.Strengthening patent protection can protect the healthy development of G.lucidum spore production and the whole G.lucidum industry,and maintain its market competitive advantage.
