摘要 压铸产品的质量与模具的温度关系密切,通常冷却水塔与压铸设备距离比较远。为了保证产品质量,需要实现远距离的温度采集来实时控制模具关键点的温度,该文设计了一套基于智能温度传感器的温控系统。该系统使用Modbus协议,采用RS485总线将温度数据实时上传到上位机,通过上位机对水泵、冷却塔风扇以及电磁调节阀开度进行操作达到控制模具温度的目的值。该装置数据传输数字化,提高了温度的测量精度,自诊断功能提高系统的可靠性,节约硬件投资,方便与企业MES系统链接。 The quality of die-casting products is closely related to the temperature of the die.But the cooling water tower is usually far away from the die casting equipment.In order to ensure the product quality good enough,it is necessary to realize the remote temperature acquisition and upload to the master computer to control the temperature of the key points of the die in real time.A temperature control system based on intelligent temperature sensor is designed.The system uses Modbus protocol to transfer the temperature data to the master computer through RS485 bus.The master computer controls the die temperature by starting and stopping the water pumps and cooling tower fans and the opening of solenoid valve.The digital data transmission of the device improves the accuracy of temperature measurement,improves the reliability of the system,saves hardware investment and is convenient to link with enterprise MES system.
