摘要 以Labview为开发平台,运用加速度传感器、数据采集卡,该文设计了自动扶梯振动信号的数据采集系统,实现了多通道自动扶梯振动数据的采集、数据分析、存储与回放的功能;并选取自动扶梯驱动主机、减速器、梯级等关键部位进行现场试验,实现了对自动扶梯关键部位振动数据的采集与加速度峰值、频谱特性、功率谱等振动特征量的分析。通过第三方机构的测试及现场试验结果表明,该系统工作性能稳定、测量结果准确、重复性良好。其具有人机交互界面简洁,操作便利、携带方便、可扩展性能良好的优点,既可在线监测,也可做离线分析,为下一步的自动扶梯的故障诊断及智能识别提供了研究基础。 With acceleration sensor and data acquisition card,the data acquisition system of escalator vibration signal is designed which is based on LabVIEW development platform,and this system realizes the functions of multi-channel escalator vibration data acquisition,data analysis,storage and playback.The key parts of escalator such as drive host,reducer and cascade are selected for field test to realize the key of escalator part vibration data acquisition and acceleration peak value,spectrum characteristics,power spectrum and other vibration characteristics analysis.The test results of the third-party organization and field test show that the system has stable performance,accurate measurement results and good repeatability.The system has the advantages of simple,human-computer interaction interface,convenient operation,convenient portability and good scalability.It can be used for online monitoring and offline analysis.The realization of the system provides a research basis for the next step of escalator fault diagnosis and intelligent recognition.
