摘要
针对传统活动式测斜仪存在现场人工操作工作量大、数据采集过程繁琐等问题,该文设计了一种新型全自动测斜仪。该测斜仪以原有活动式测斜探头为基础,增加了线缆自动提放机构、水平翻转机构、上下限位机构等,同时仪器还设计了测控模块及太阳能供电模块,能够实现自控制、自采集、自传输的工作模式。试验及应用表明,该全自动测斜仪能够代替人工作业,测量精度高、稳定性好,为岩土工程变形监测提供了科学、现代化的手段,具有很大推广价值。
Aiming at the problems oftraditional inclinometer,such as heavy manual operation and complicated data processing,a fully automatic inclinometer was designed.On the basis of the original inclinometer probe,the instrumentadded the cable automatic lifting mechanism,horizontal turning mechanism,limit mechanism,etc.At the same time,the instrument had the measurement and control module and solar power module,which could realize the working mode of self-control,self-collection and self-transmission.Tests and applications show that the fully automatic inclinometer can replace manual operations,has high measurement accuracy and good operation stability.It provides a scientific and modern means for geotechnical engineering deformation monitoring,and has a good value for promotion.
