帕金森病患者血清中miRNA-153和miRNA-223的表达研究

Expression of miRNA-153 and miRNA-223 in serum of patients with Parkinson’s disease

探讨帕金森病(PD)患者血清中miRNA-153和miRNA-223的表达水平及其临床应用价值,以及PD患者血清中miRNA-153和miRNA-223的表达水平与Hoehn-Yahr(H-Y)分级的相关性。方法定量检测35例PD患者(PD组)和40名健康体检者(健康对照组)的血清miRNA-153和miRNA-223相对表达,评定PD患者的Hoehn-Yahr分级,并对结果进行分析。结果PD组血清miRNA-153相对表达明显低于健康对照组(t=5.71;P<0.01);PD组血清miRNA-223相对表达也明显低于健康对照组(t=6.07;P<0.01);PD组血清miRNA-153相对表达与Hoehn-Yahr(H-Y)分级呈负相关(r=-0.4504,P<0.01)。结论血清miRNA-153和miRNA-223有可能作为诊断PD的生物学标志物;血清miRNA-153有可能成为评估PD病程进展的指标。

Objective To explore the expression levels of miRNA-153 and miRNA-223 in the serum of patients with Parkinson’s disease(PD)and their clinical value,as well as the correlation between the expression of miRNA-153 and miRNA-223 in the serum of PD patients and Hoehn-Yahr(H-Y)scales.Methods The relative expression levels of serum miRNA-153 and miRNA-223 in 35 patients with PD(PD group)and 40 healthy people(healthy control group)were quantitatively detected.The H-Y scales of PD patients were evaluated.The results were analyzed.Results The relative expression levels of serum miRNA-153 in PD group were significantly lower than that in healthy control group(t=5.71;P<0.01).The relative expression levels of serum miRNA-223 in PD group were also significantly lower than that in healthy control group(t=6.07;P<0.01).There was a negative correlation between the relative expression levels of serum miRNA-153 and H-Y scales in PD group(r=-0.4504,P<0.01).Conclusion Serum miRNA-153 and miRNA-223 may be used as biomarkers for the diagnosis of PD;serum miRNA-153 may become an indicator for evaluating the progress of PD.
