摘要
为满足数控企业需求,探索基于CPS的智能制造系统的构造方式。采用Visual C#编程语言和SQL Server数据库管理系统,从功能上既实现了对联网机床运行数据的采集、处理和保存,又实现了生产信息的管理,且允许用户根据企业具体情况定制所有机床类型和所有工人级别等基础数据。探讨了利用读取机床累加计数器值来记录每台机床对特定产品批量加工数量的算法思路和实现,并给出了此算法实现的测试效果。
In order to meet the needs of CNC enterprises,the construction method of intelligent manufacturing system based on CPS was explored.It uses Visual C#programming language and SQL Server database management system.The system functionally not only can collect process and save the running data of networked CNC machines,but also realize the management of production information,and allow users to customize basic data such as all machine types and all worker levels according to the specific situation of the enterprise.The algorithm and implementation techniques for reading the counter value of CNC machine to record the batch processing quantity of each CNC machine for a specific product is discussed,and the test effect of this algorithm is given.
