根据实际生产需要,针对易变形薄壁筒状产品设计了一种柔性车削夹具。该夹具在一定范围内可适用于不同内径、不同长度的产品,并具有可自动平衡两端内撑力的功能。同时,该夹具可使产品车削加工的工艺性得到有效改善。

According to actual production needs,a flexible turning fixture is designed for thin-walled tubular product with easy deformation.The fixture can be applied to products with different inner diameter and length in a certain range,and has the function of automatically balancing the internal supporting force at the two ends.At the same time,the manufacturability of the product turning processing has been effectively improved.
