摘要
针对目前刀具抛光存在的问题,提出了一种效果好、适用广的刀具精化新工艺——刀具旋转柔性磨粒射流抛光(R-FAJP),并通过正交试验研究抛光压力、刀具转速、加工时间、缝隙距离等工艺参数对刀具后刀面面粗糙度的影响规律。切削试验结果表明:R-FAJP可以有效提高加工钛合金PCD铣刀的使用寿命和降低被加工表面的粗糙度。
In view of the existing problems of tool polishing,a new tool refinement process with good effect and wideapplication is put forward,namely,tool rotary flexible abrasive jet polishing(R-FAJP),and the influence of spray pressure,tool speed,machining time and clearance distance on the roughness of tool flank was studied by orthogonal test.The cutting test results show that R-FAJP can effectively improve the service life of PCD milling cutter and reduce the machining surface roughness.
