摘要
新生儿脓毒症是一种常见的新生儿临床危重症,具有高发病率、高致残率和高病死率的特点。由于新生儿自身免疫功能的不成熟,感染引起的宿主反应失调常较成人严重,极易导致危及生命的器官功能障碍,因此新生儿脓毒症的早期诊断和及时治疗显得尤为重要。研究新生儿脓毒症早期诊断生物学标志物能够对新生儿脓毒症病情做出早期预警,有助于判断新生儿感染严重程度、指导临床治疗和评价预后。本文对新生儿脓毒症早期诊断生物学标志物的研究进展进行综述。
Neonatal sepsis is a common clinical critical disease with high morbidity,disability and mortality.Due to the immature autoimmune function of newborns,the host reaction disorders caused by infection are often more serious than adults,easily leading to life-threatening organ dysfunctions.Therefore,early diagnosis and timely clinical treatment of neonatal sepsis are particularly important.Research on early diagnostic biomarkers can make a early warning of neonatal sepsis,help clinical workers to judge the severity of neonatal infection,guide clinical treatment and evaluate prognosis of infants with sepsis.This paper reviews the research progress of early diagnostic biomarkers.
