摘要
目的:了解安徽省部分地区人工养殖梅花鹿肠道寄生虫感染状况。方法:从安徽省多地的5家梅花鹿场共采集336份新鲜鹿粪便样品,采用饱和盐水漂浮法、水洗沉淀法等对上述样品进行检测,分析感染情况。结果:安徽省梅花鹿肠道寄生虫感染率为20.24%(68/336),共检出球虫、鞭虫、毛圆线虫、前后盘吸虫、莫尼茨绦虫和阿米巴原虫等虫种,感染率分别为3.87%、0.89%、7.44%、5.06%、5.65%和4.16%。336份样品中共检出19份混合感染,其混合感染率为5.65%。结论:安徽省人工养殖梅花鹿肠道寄生虫总体防控较好,但部分地区鹿场蠕虫和原虫感染率较高,应引起重视。
Objective:To investigate the prevalence of intestinal parasites in the captive sika deers in Anhui Province.Methods:A total of 336 fresh stool samples collected from five captive sika deer farms in some areas of Anhui Province were examined using conventional methods including the saturated sodium chloride flotation method and the centrifugation method.Results:The overall prevalence of intestinal parasites in the captive sika deers in Anhui Province was 20.24%(68/336),and Coccidium,Trichuris,Trichostrongylus,Paramphistomum,Moniezia,Amoeba were detected in this survey,with the prevalence of 3.87%,0.89%,7.44%,5.06%,5.65%and 4.16%,respectively.The multiple infections rate was 5.65%(19/336).Conclusion:The prevention and control of intestinal parasites in the captive sika deers in Anhui Province are relatively good,but the infection rate of some helminths and protozoas in some areas is high,and this should be paid more attention.
