安徽四方湖湿地自然保护区春季浮游甲壳动物群落特征研究

摘要 目的:通过对四方湖湿地自然保护区浮游甲壳动物群落特征的研究,为保护区生态文明建设提供科学依据。方法:于2020年5月采用样点法,对四方湖湿地自然保护区3个断面共9个采样点的甲壳动物群落结构特征进行调查并多样性分析。结果:共鉴定出浮游甲壳动物28种,其中枝角类共5科10属19种,桡足类共5科7属9种;短尾秀体溞、脆弱象鼻溞、卵形盘肠溞、矩形尖额溞、广布中剑水蚤、近邻剑水蚤和汤匙华哲水蚤为优势种。研究区浮游甲壳动物总丰度变化范围为12.18~92.44 ind./L,Shannon-Wiener指数和Margalef指数的变化范围分别为1.31~3.18和2.02~4.01。结论:四方湖湿地自然保护区大部分水体属于轻污染至中污染之间,但局部水体污染较为严重。 Objective:Based on the study of crustacean zooplankton community characteristics in Sifanghu Wetland Nature Reserve,provide scientific basis for the ecological civilization construction in the area.Methods:In May 2020,The crustacean zooplankton abundance and community structure of 9 sampling sites in 3 sections of Sifanghu Wetland Nature Reserve were investigated.Results:28 species of crustacean zooplankton were identified,including 19 Cladocera species and 9 Copepoda species.Diaphanosoma brachyurum,Bosmina fatalis,Chydorus ovalis,Alona rectangula,Marcocyclops leuckarti,Cyclops strenuous and Sinocalanus dorrii were dominant species of the reserve.The crustacean zooplankton abundance ranged from 12.18-92.44 ind./L,the Shannon-Wiener diversity index and Margalef abundance index of crustacean zooplankton were 1.31-3.18 and 2.02-4.01,respectively.Conclusion:It is showed that the most of the water quality was at the level of light to moderate pollution type,but some water bodies were seriously polluted.
