中国农村产业融合用地现状分析及展望

Current Situation of China's Rural Industrial Integration Land and Its Prospect

农村产业融合发展在全国已较为普遍,但是有关农村产业融合用地的研究还较少,当前农村产业融合用地存在的主要问题包括缺乏专业标准与规划、用地范围界定与规模限定不明确、用地指标少且审批慢、土地混用现象明显。可以通过制定专业标准与土地利用规划、合理确定用地范围与用地规模、拓展设施农用地内涵、增加用地指标、土地复合利用等途径解决现有农村产业融合用地问题。未来,随着土地管理制度的创新与完善,中国农村产业融合将快速、高质量发展。

The development of rural industrial integration has been more common in China,but the research on rural industrial integration land is still less.At present,the main problems existing in rural industrial integration land include:lack of professional standards and planning,unclear definition of land use scope and scale,few land use index and slow approval,the obvious mixed use of land.The problems can be solved through formulating professional standards and land use planning,reasonably determining the scope and scale of land use,expanding the connotation of facility agricultural land,increasing land use index and land composite utilization.In the future,with the innovation and improvement of land management system,China's rural industrial integration will develop rapidly with high quality.
