中国水果出口贸易发展的时空格局演变及优化策略

Evolution of the Spatial-Temporal Pattern and Optimization Strategy of China's Fruits Export Trade Development

中国自2001年加入WTO以来,国际地位显著提升,水果出口贸易持续高涨,出口市场大幅拓展,产品种类不断丰富,竞争优势逐渐增强,但仍然存在出口规模有限,影响力较弱;出口市场集中,层次低端化;产品附加值低,粗放型较突出;国际竞争力偏弱,出口受阻频繁等问题。新时期中国水果出口贸易的发展,需要深化水果供给侧结构性改革,扩大出口规模;拓展国际水果消费新兴市场,优化市场格局;深化国际水果产能全面合作,升级全产业链;借鉴国际水果贸易管理制度,强化产品监管;实现中国水果出口贸易高质高效可持续发展。

Since the accession to the WTO in 2001,China's international status has obviously improved.The fruits export trade keeps developing quickly,the export market is largely expanded,the variety of products has continuously enriched,and the competitive advantage is gradually strengthened.However,there still exist some problems,for example,the export scale is comparatively limited,the international influence is weak,the export markets are concentrated,the level is low,the added value is not high,the extensive mode is prominent,the international competitiveness is not strong,and the export is frequently blocked.In the new period,China should deepen the supply-side structural reform of fruits industry,enlarge the export scale,expand new international fruits consumption markets,optimize the market pattern,promote the comprehensive cooperation on international fruits production capacity,update the whole industrial chain,use and learn the management system of international fruit trade,and strengthen the quality supervision so as to realize the high-quality,efficient and sustainable development of China's fruits export trade.
