摘要
通过自行设计制造剪切装置,研究剪切速率对5052-H32、6061-T6、7075-T651三类铝合金板材力学性能的影响。实验结果表明:剪切速率对铝合金板材的剪切强度影响程度中,对6061-T6的影响幅度最小(2.6%以内),7075-T651次之,5052-H32最大;在厚度为2 mm、4 mm和6 mm的三类板材中,剪切速率对4 mm厚的三类铝合金板材的剪切强度影响均为最小;板材剪切强度与抗拉强度的比值η均随着板材厚度的增加而增大。
The effects of shear rate on mechanical properties of 5052-H32,6061-T6 and 7075-T651 aluminum alloy sheets were studied by self-designed and manufactured shear device.The experimental results show that the shear rate has the smallest impact on the shear strength of aluminum alloy sheets 6061-T6(within 2.6%),followed by 7075-T651,and 5052-H32 is the largest.The shear rate has the smallest effect on the shear strength of the 2 mm,4 mm and 6 mm thick aluminum alloy plates of the three types.The ratio of shear strength to tensile strength η of the plate increases with the increase of the plate thickness.
