摘要 以现有的冲压设备为依托,针对传统企业人工分拣误差率大、检测效率低、接触性损伤大等问题,设计了一种基于机器视觉的冲压件自动分拣装置。利用三维绘图软件建立工件模型,通过RobotStudio软件搭建检测和分拣平台,创建各个部件的独立机械装置,配置了气动吸盘、到位传感器和相机检测对应的smart组件,创建了机器人对应的I/O信号和连接方式,配合机器人RAPID程序来完成整个检测和分拣的离线编程和仿真过程。该方案能提高小型冲压件的检测、分拣效率和精确度,对冲压件自动化检测和分拣装置的制造和生产具有积极意义。 Relying on the existing stamping equipment,aiming at the traditional enterprises'manual sorting error rate,low detection efficiency,large contact damage,etc.,an automatic device for stamping parts sorting based on machine vision is designed.Use three-dimensional drawing software to build a workpiece model,and use RobotStudio software to build a detection and sorting platform.Create independent mechanical devices for each component,equipped with pneumatic suction cups,in-position sensors and smart components corresponding to camera detection.The I/O signal and connection mode corresponding to the robot are created,and the robot RAPID program is used to complete the offline programming and simulation process of the entire inspection and sorting.This solution can improve the detection and sorting efficiency and accuracy of small stamping parts,and has positive significance for the manufacture and production of automatic detection and sorting devices for stamping parrts.
