摘要 应用ANSYS Workbench对某标定机承重结构进行仿真分析。根据设计要求,首先应用SolidWorks对标定机承重结构进行三维建模,之后将模型导入到ANSYS分析软件中,经过分配零部件材料属性和网格划分建立有限元模型,通过施加实际工况负载,得到承重结构的应力应变和整体变形情况,结果发现该结构不能满足设计要求。对模型进行结构优化,再次进行仿真分析,发现优化后的承重结构强度和刚度均满足设计指标要求,为后期对结构进行更加精确的设计提供了参考和依据。 This simulation analysis of the load-bearing structure of a calibration machine using ANSYS Workbench was studied.Accorded to the design requirements,SolidWorks was used to carry out three-dimensional modeling of the load-bearing structure of the entire mechanism,and then the model was imported into ANSYS analysis software.The finite element model was established by distributing the material properties of the parts and the mesh,and by applying the actual load,the stress and strain and the overall deformation of the load-bearing structure were obtained,and it was found that the design requirements were not met.The model was optimized for structure,and simulation analysis was performed again.It is found that the strength and stiffness of the optimized load-bearing structure meet the design index requirements,which provides a reference and basis for more accurate structure design in the later stage.
