摘要
为了提高板材多孔攻丝的质量和效率,设计了一种基于视觉的板材自动攻丝机,系统核心为工业控制计算机和MP3300运动控制器。工业控制计算机利用图形识别技术,实现板材的自动定位;通过读取板材DXF文件获取板材中孔的位置和大小信息;根据孔的位置和大小信息获取板材多孔加工路径。MP3300运动控制器与安川伺服系统组成闭环控制,控制多轴联动。
In order to improve the quality and efficiency of sheet multi-hole tapping,a automatic sheet tapping machine based on vision is designed.The core of the system is the industrial control computer and MP3300 motion controller.industrial control computer uses graphic recognition technology to realize the automatic positioning of the sheet;obtains the position and size information of the hole in the sheet by reading the sheet DXF file;obtains the porous processing path of the sheet according to the hole position and size information.The MP3300 motion controller and Yaskawa servo system form a closed loop control to control multi-axis linkage.
