摘要
目前人工打扫楼梯需要较多人力和较长时间,是对人力资源的浪费。为了完成这项简单且重复的工作,设计了楼梯清洁机器人。它主要由车体、清洗刷子、上下楼梯装置、滑块机构组成,该机器人的机械传动部件布置合理,传动方式考虑了现实的工况,实现了对楼梯的自动清扫,节省了人力物力。
At present,the manual cleaning stairs need more manpower and a longer time,it is a waste of human resources.To complete this simple and repetitive task,a staircase cleaning robot is designed.It is mainly composed of the body of the car,cleaning brush,up and down stairs device,slider mechanism,mechanical transmission parts layout is reasonable,the transmission mode has considered the realistic working condition.Stair cleaning robot to achieve the automatic cleaning of the stairs,save manpower.
