摘要
环形深窄槽型结构零件加工区域窄、切削阻力大、排屑不畅、散热效果差、刀具刚性弱易损坏,进而造成零件加工难度较大、加工质量难以保证、生产效率低等问题。针对以上问题,分析和阐述了制约深窄槽型结构零件加工质量和效率的主要因素,提出了自制套料钻替代传统车削和铣削加工方法,综合考虑刀具在切削加工过程中的影响,针对性地采取有效措施,确保了产品质量稳定、生产效率提升和刀具成本降低。
There are many problems in the processing of ring-shaped deep and narrow groove structure parts,such as too narrow area,high cutting resistance,poor chip removal,poor heat dissipation,weak tool rigidity and easy damage,etc.The parts are difficult to process,and the processing quality is difficult to guarantee,and the production efficiency is low.The influencing factors that restrict the processing quality and efficiency of deep and narrow groove structure parts are analyzed and explained,and a self-made core drill is proposed to replace the traditional turning and milling processing methods.Comprehensively considering the impact of the tool in the cutting process,targeted effective measures are taken to ensure stable quality,increase in production efficiency and reduce tool costs.
