摘要
在分析冷压装配基本原理与工艺的基础上,主要利用交流伺服电动缸、PLC、压力—位移监控仪、HMI等构建了一套自动压装监控系统,实现压装控制、参数设置、数据采集与监控、历史曲线管理等功能。给出一套经过验证的系统方案,并得出以压装过程中多个关键点或包络线限定的压力和位移数据曲线作为压装质量判据的实现方法,并且由于判据设置的灵活性而提高了系统的普适性。
Based on the analysis of the basic principles and processes of cold press assembly,a set of automatic press-fit monitoring system is constructed mainly by using AC servo electric cylinder,PLC,pressure-displacement monitor,HMI,etc.Realize functions such as press control,parameter setting,data acquisition and monitoring,historical curve management and so on.A set of verified system schemes are given,and the pressure and displacement data curves defined by multiple key points or envelopes in the press-fit process are used as the realization method of the press-fit quality criterion.And because of the flexibility of criterion setting,the universality of the system is improved.
