摘要
工程机械的整机档案是主机关键部件的信息集成,是整机维护保养及质量追溯的最直接最重要凭证之一。目前车间大多通过手工抄写关键部件的物料信息,然后再手工检录到ERP系统中,费时费力,准确性不高。将物料信息转换为二维条形码的形式,通过云端处理器的识别、信息捡入、数据处理、信息存储、建档、对接ERP等步骤,在数据终端建立虚拟主机信息档案,保证了数据的准确性,可实现过程质量管控、质量追溯等,初步实现了工程机械主机厂的智能化、数字化装配。
The complete machine file of construction machinery is the information integration of the key components of the main machine,and it is one of the most direct and most important vouchers for machine maintenance and quality traceability.At present,the workshop manually transcribes the material information of the key components,and then manually checks it into the ERP system,which is time-consuming and labor-intensive,and the accuracy is not high.By converting the material information into the form of two-dimensional barcode,through the steps of cloud processor identification,information picking,data processing,information storage,file building,and ERP connection,the virtual host information file is established in the data terminal.Ensure the accuracy of data,can achieve process quality control,quality traceability,etc.,and initially realize the intelligent and digital assembly of engineering machinery OEMs.
