摘要
磁温度补偿合金可广泛应用于永磁磁路中,实现磁路气隙磁通随温度变化而保持稳定。本文主要介绍了磁温度补偿合金的种类、改善永磁体磁性能温度稳定性的工作原理,综述了近年来磁温度补偿合金的研究进展及成分、制备工艺对其磁性能的影响,以期为开发更高补偿能力和补偿温度范围的新型磁温度补偿合金提供参考。
Magnetic temperature compensation alloy can be widely used in permanent magnetic circuit,and the gap flux of magnetic circuit can be kept stable with temperature.This paper mainly introduces the types of magnetic temperature compensation alloys and the working principle of improving the temperature stability of magnetic properties of permanent magnets,the research progress of magnetic temperature compensation alloy in recent years and the influence of compensation and preparation process on its magnetic properties are reviewed,it is necessary to develop new magnetic temperature compensation alloys with higher compensation ability and temperature range.
