手机面壳注射模结构方案可行性分析与设计

摘要 通过对手机面壳的形体分析,找出了其形体上存在着“型孔”、“型槽”和“外观”要素及“凸台”、“凹坑”障碍体要素。由此,制订了针对解决平行开闭模方向的“型孔”和“型槽”的措施,采用了中模或动模镶嵌的型芯进行成型,利用开闭模进行抽芯和复位的方法。四周侧向“型孔”和“凹坑”,采用了斜导柱滑块外抽芯机构进行抽芯和复位的方法。对于“凸台”障碍体,则采用摆杆内抽芯机构进行抽芯和复位的方法。对于“外观”要求,采用了定模脱模结构。为了清除次流道和分流道内冷凝料,采用了三模板的模架。正因为采用了定模脱模结构,使得顶杆和浇口都处在手机面壳内型腔表面上,加上严格控制了分型面、顶杆、型芯的配合间隙,加工的手机面壳不仅不存在模具结构的痕迹,内型面也几乎看不到模具结构痕迹,加工的手机面壳真正做到具有靓丽的内外表面。 Through the analysis of the shape of mobile phone cover,it is found that there are"hole","groove"and"appearance"elements,and"boss"and"pit"obstacle elements.Therefore,the measures to solve the"hole"and"groove"in the direction of parallel open and close die are formulated.The core inlaid with middle die or moving die is used for forming,and the open and close die is used for core pulling and reset.For the lateral"hole"and"pit"around,the method of core pulling and reset by the external core pulling mechanism of inclined guide pillar slider is adopted.For the"boss"obstacle,the swing rod internal core pulling mechanism is used for core pulling and reset.For the"appearance"requirements,the fixed mold demoulding structure is adopted.In order to clear the condensate in the secondary channel and the bypass,a threemolds formwork is adopted.Because of the fixed mold demoulding structure,the ejector and gate are located on the surface of the inner cavity of the mobile phone cover.In addition,the matching clearance of parting surface,ejector and core is strictly controlled.The processed mobile phone cover has not only no traces of the mold structure,but also almost no traces of the mold structure on the inner surface.The processed mobile phone cover has a beautiful inner and outer surface.
