基于省级层面的政府网站集约化建设研究

通过梳理政府网站集约化建设历程,基于目前建设过程中普遍存在的问题,提出从数据、平台、服务、管理、安全、资金六个方面实现全省政府网站省市两级“六集约”的建设方案,并建议采用统分结合的建设模式统筹推进,促进全省政务信息资源数据统一汇聚,应用服务水平显著提升,联动管理效能明显提高,网站安全保障体系全面夯实,建设资金高效利用。

By combing the intensive construction process of government websites and analyzing the common problems,Then put forward from data,platform,service,management,security,capital six aspects to realize the intensification of government website,It is suggested to adopt the construction mode of the combination of centralization and decentralization to promote the integration of provincial government information resources data,improve the application service level and management efficiency,tamp the website security system,improve the utilization rate of construction funds significantly.
