摘要
塑料是环境中的一种重要污染物,其难降解和对重金属较强的吸附能力使其进一步增加了环境生态压力。鉴于此,本研究以拉萨河作为研究区域,探究塑料的重金属浓度,分析水和沉积物对塑料富集的贡献。结果表明:塑料中的Cr、Co、Cu、Zn、Cd、Hg和Pb的平均含量分别为7.09、1.85、115.37、148.08、0.53、0.022和21.86 mg/kg。塑料、沉积物和水体的重金属之间分别存在着共现模式,表明拉萨河塑料、沉积物和水中的重金属可能具有相同的来源。此外,Mantel检验结果显示,塑料的重金属含量和水的重金属浓度之间呈显著正相关(P=0.001),而沉积物与塑料中的重金属之间并未表现出显著相关性。因此,河水可能是影响拉萨河中塑料的重金属含量的主要因素,而不是沉积物。
Plastic litter increasingly becomes a serious environmental problem and brought heavy stress on ecological environment due to the capability of resisting degradation and absorbing heavy metal.This study investigated the composition of plastic and interactions of heavy metal between plastic and its surroundings(including water and sediment)in the Lhasa River.The results showed that the mean contents of Cr,Co,Cu,Zn,Cd,Hg,and Pb were 7.09,1.85,115.37,148.08,0.53,0.022,and 21.86 mg/kg,respectively.Additionally,the co-occurrence patterns of heavy metals in plastics,sediments,and water,respectively,indicated that the heavy metals may be from the same pollution source in the plastics,sediments,and water.Via mantel’s test,a significantly positive relation was found between water and plastics(P=0.00),while no significant relation between sediments and water,which revealed that the heavy metals on the plastic absorbed were from water,not sediment.
