摘要
采用化学沉淀法,以硫酸亚铁为铁源,十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为表面活性剂,合成了α-三氧化二铁(α-Fe_(2)O_(3))纳米颗粒。研究了各因素对Fe^(2+)转化率的影响,利用X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对样品进行了分析。结果表明:对于浓度为0.9mol/L的亚铁溶液,当过氧化氢用量为15mL,反应15min时,Fe^(2+)的转化率最大,为99.1%。
α-Fe_(2)O_(3) nanoparticles were synthesized using ferrous sulfate heptahydrate as Fe source and sodium dodecyl sulfate as surfactant by a simple route,without any template.The impact of varying the reaction conditions on ferrous ion convert ratio was examined,the crystal structure and surface appearance of the as-obtained products were characterized by X-ray diffractometer(XRD),fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results shown that as for 40 mL ferrous ion solution,which contained 0.9 mol ferrous ion per liter,the best reaction conditions were as follows:15 mL hydrogen peroxide,15 min reaction time.Under the reaction conditions above,the optimal convert ratio was 99.1%.
