不同材料模型和测量方法对冲压回弹预测精度的影响 被引量:5

Influence of different material models and measurement methods on stamping springback prediction accuracy

摘要 针对回弹预测的精度问题,首先以帽形件为例,通过对3种材料模型:36#材料模型、37#材料模型、125#材料模型以及两种不同的测量方法:惯性释放法、节点约束法进行组合,对其回弹值进行预测。再与实际回弹值进行对比,试验得出了与实际回弹结果重合度最高的最优材料模型和测量方法的组合。将此组合应用到汽车车门外板零件的回弹模拟上,并将模拟值与实际生产的回弹值对比,对试验最优组合进行了验证。结果表明,选用125#材料模型时的回弹模拟结果更符合实测值,而使用惯性释放法和节点约束法对回弹值都具有较高的预测精度,两者偏差不大。 Aiming at the precision problem of springback prediction,taking hat parts as example,by combining three kinds of material models of 36#material model,37#material model,125#material model and two kinds of different measurement methods of inertial release method and node constraint method,the springback value was predicted.Then compared with the real springback value,the combination of the optimal material model and the measurement method with the best coincidence with the actual springback results was obtained.The combination was applied to springback simulation of the outer door plate part of automobile,and the simulation value was compared with the springback value of actual production,and the test optimal combination was verified.The results show that the springback simulation results are more consistent with actual springback value when the 125#material model is selected,while both the inertial release method and the node constraint method have high prediction accuracy for springback value,and the two methods have little deviation.
