摘要 为了探究薄带连续铸轧工艺的参数与Kiss点高度的关系方程,采用全因子试验方法与有限元数值模拟建立计算Kiss点高度的数学模型。从模型回归项的F值、P值、决定系数及残差分析等方面进行了显著性分析,得出的响应面模型具有显著性,能够较好地拟合试验数据。对拟合的试验数据进行三维响应面分析,并系统地研究了浇注速度、浇注温度和辊缝宽度对于熔池内Kiss点高度的影响。结果表明,通过全因子试验方法所得结果建立的数学模型具有真实性和可靠性。利用该数学模型得到结晶辊Kiss点高度沿轴向的变化规律,通过分析发现,由于辊形的变化,结晶辊中部和端部的Kiss点高度较其它位置偏高。 To explore the relation equation between the parameters of continuous roll-casting of strip process and the height of Kiss point,the full-factor test approach and finite element numerical simulation were used to establish the mathematical model for calculating the height of Kiss point.Significance analysis was carried out from the F value,P value,determination coefficient and residual analysis of the response surface model regression terms.It is concluded that the response surface model is significant and can fit the test data well.Threedimensional response surface analysis for the fitted test data was carried out,and the influences of casting speed,casting temperature and roll gap width on the height of Kiss point in molten pool were studied systematically.The results show that the mathematical model acquired by full-factor test approach has authenticity and reliability.The change rule of the height of Kiss point of casting roll along axial direction was obtained using this mathematical model.It is found that due to the change of roll shape,the height of Kiss point in the middle and end parts of casting roll is higher than other positions.
