摘要
针对连退机组焊接过程中焊缝厚度过大会引起焊缝印缺陷,焊缝厚度过小会导致焊缝强度不够的问题,充分考虑机组的设备与工艺特点,在简单介绍了连退机组焊机的焊缝厚度计算模型的基础上,通过实验与理论分析相结合的方法,给出了相应的极限允许焊缝厚度模型,且以在保证焊缝强度的前提下以焊缝厚度最小为目标开发了一套适合于连退机组焊机的焊缝厚度综合优化控制技术,同时编制出了相应的连退机组焊缝厚度优化软件,并将其推广应用到某1550连退机组的生产实践,取得了良好的使用效果。
Aiming at the problems that excessive welding seam thickness can result in weld mark defect and too small welding seam thickness can result in insufficient welding seam strength during the welding process of continuous annealing unit,fully considering the equipment and process characteristics of unit,on the basis of a brief introduction to the calculation model of welding seam thickness of welding machine of continuous annealing unit,by means of the combination of experiment and theoretical analysis,the corresponding limit allowable weld seam thickness model was given.Under the premise of ensuring the weld seam strength,with the goal of the minimum weld seam thickness,a set of comprehensive optimization control technology of weld seam thickness suitable for the welding machine of continuous annealing unit was developed.At the same time,corresponding software for welding seam thickness optimization of continuous annealing unit was compiled and applied to production practice of a 1550 continuous annealing unit.And good results were achieved.
