阴道微生物多样性与女性不孕症相关性研究进展

Progress in research on correlation between vaginal microbial diversity and female infertility

随着高通量测序技术的发展和成熟,其在临床诊疗中的作用和应用越来越广泛,其中对阴道微生物群的研究也逐渐展开。女性阴道微生物状况受自身内分泌状态、年龄、种族、生活习惯等多种因素影响,与女性生殖健康密切相关,并直接或间接影响女性妊娠率和妊娠结局。本文对不孕症妇女阴道微生物多样性进行了总结,并对阴道微生物的组成和功能进行探讨,有利于从微生物组学的角度对不孕症做更精确全面的认识,从而对女性不孕症的临床防治工作提供新的思考和方法。

With the development and maturity of high-throughput sequencing technology,its role and application in clinical diagnosis and treatment are more and more extensive,and the study of vaginal microflora is gradually launched.Vaginal microbial status is affected by many factors,such as endocrine status,age,race,living habit and so on,which are closely related to female reproductive health,and directly or indirectly affect the pregnancy rate and pregnancy outcome.The paper reviews the diversity of vaginal microbes in infertile women,and explores the composition and function of vaginal microbes.This is conducive to a more accurate and comprehensive understanding of infertility from the perspective of microbiology,to provide new ideas and method for the prevention and treatment of female infertility.
