摘要
为了处理有机污染土壤热脱附废水,上海某有机物污染地块采用热脱附废水橇装处置设备。运行结果表明,"高级氧化—混凝沉淀—砂滤—炭滤"组合工艺具有良好的处理效果且运行稳定,出水各项指标均可达到《污水综合排放标准》(DB 31/199—2018)中的三级标准要求。该装置采用橇装形式,具有占地面积小、安装使用方便、效率高和拆运方便等优势。因此,本文介绍了其工艺流程、主要构筑物、设计参数、平面布置及运行成本。
In order to treat the thermal desorption wastewater from organically contaminated soil,a skid-mounted thermal desorption wastewater treatment facility was used on a plot of organic matter contaminated in Shanghai.The operation results show that the"advanced oxidation-coagulation sedimentation-sand filtration-carbon filtration"combined process has a good treatment effect and stable operation,all indicators of effluent water can meet the requirements of the three-level standard in the"Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard"(DB 31/199—2018).The device adopts skid-mounted form,which has the advantages of small footprint,convenient installation and use,high efficiency and convenient disassembly and transportation.Therefore,this paper introduces its technological process,main structures,design parameters,layout and operating costs.
