摘要 废水零排放是指无限地减少污染物和能源排放,直至到零,将废水处理后全部回用,最大限度地实现水资源的循环利用。"物化预处理系统+生化系统+膜浓缩系统+蒸发系统"可以作为废水处理的主体工艺,本文主要介绍了该工艺在某电镀废水处理项目中的应用。该项目的运营状况显示,各主体工段能正常运行,处理效果比较稳定,所有产水皆达标并回用于生产,最终实现废水零排放。 Zero discharge of wastewater refers to the unlimited reduction of pollutants and energy emissions,until it reaches zero,all the wastewater is reused after treatment,and the recycling of water resources is realized to the maximum extent."Physical and chemical pretreatment system+biochemical system+membrane concentration system+evaporation system*'can be used as the main process of wastewater treatment,this paper mainly introduces the application of this process in an electroplating wastewater treatment project.The operation status of the project shows that the main sections can operate normally,the treatment effect is relatively stable,and all the produced water meets the standards and is reused for production,finally achieving zero discharge of wastewater.
