摘要
沅江市下琼湖黑臭水体治理项目采取了以建设污水就地处理设施、改造溢流井、建设溢流污水调蓄池和加强生态修复等技术措施为主的治理方案,成功消除了黑臭现象,生态环境得到显著改善,除总氮外,下琼湖的其余水质指标均由《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)的劣V类水标准提升到IV类水标准。建设污水就地处理设施和溢流污水调蓄池是下琼湖黑臭水体治理项目的关键技术措施,通过改造溢流井和建设溢流污水调蓄池,溢流排放口的溢流频次由每年四十多次降到每年十多次,有效控制了溢流污水对水体的污染。
The black and odorous water treatment project of Xiaqiong Lake in Yuanjiang City adopted a treatment plan focusing on technical measures such as construction of on-site sewage treatment facilities,improvement of overflow wells,construction of overflow sewage storage tanks,and strengthening of ecological restoration,which had successfully eliminated the black and odor phenomenon,and the ecological environment was significantly improved.Except for total nitrogen,the rest of the water quality indicators of Xiaqiong Lake have been upgraded from the inferior Class V water standard of the"Surface Water Environmental Quality Standards"(GB 3838—2002)to the Class IV water standard.The construction of on-site sewage treatment facilities and overflow sewage storage tanks are key technical measures for the treatment of the black and odorous water body of Xiaqiong Lake,through the improvement of overflow wells and the construction of overflow sewage storage tanks,the overflow frequency of overflow discharge outlets has been reduced from more than 40 times a year to more than 10 times a year,effectively controlling the pollution of overflow sewage to water bodies.
