“双一流”背景下医学研究生创新教育教学模式的研究

Research on the Innovative Teaching Mode of Medical Postgraduates Under the Background of "Double First-Class"

"双一流"大学即为建设成世界一流大学与一流学科,是我国高等教育领域提出的继985工程与211工程后提出的又一重大国家战略,其目的在于全面提升我国高等教育的综合实力以及在国际众多高等教育院校中的竞争力,为实现中华民族的伟大复兴提供强力支持。而针对目前我国医学研究生教育教学方法的调查研究发现,其教育教学培养模式并不能够完全符合"双一流"学科发展与人才储备的要求,这便直接导致我国医学研究生输出质量不高、高等医学人才储备不足等情况,若不能及时适应目前医疗环境研究新型教育教学模式,则不利于我国医学卫生事业的发展,并与国际医学技术发展脱轨。因而通过创新教育教学模式培养出高质量、复合型高等医学研究生是医学类院校在建设"双一流"大学背景下的重中之重。

"Double-first-class"university is to build into a world-class university and a first-class discipline.It is another major national strategy after the project 985 and project 211 proposed by China’s higher education sector,the aim is to promote the comprehensive strength of our country’s higher education and the competitiveness of many higher education institutions in the world,and to provide strong support for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.According to the investigation and research of medical postgraduates in China,the education and teaching training mode can not fully meet the requirements of"double first-class"subject development and talent reserve,therefore,the cultivation of high-quality,if we can’t study the new education and teaching mode for the current medical environment in time,it will be extremely detrimental to the development of China’s medical and health undertakings and derail the development of international medical technology.Multi-disciplinary medical postgraduates through innovative education and teaching mode is the most important task for medical colleges and universities in the context of building"double-first-class"universities.
