摘要
目的探索自我调节学习辅助教学在前列腺靶向穿刺教学中的应用,提高学员学习效率,取得良好学习效果。方法将10名住院医师规范化培训学员随机分为两组,试验组采用自我调节学习辅助教学法,对照组采用传统的理论教学+穿刺视频学习+教师现场操作示范+学员独立操作教学法。21天后对两组学员均进行同一理论与操作考核并取得学员学习反馈。结果21天后试验组的理论考核与操作考核成绩均好于对照组,调查反馈显示,试验组学员普遍在教学过程感到愉悦,对教学内容感到有趣,更愿意主动去学习与了解穿刺相关内容,而传统教学方法组学员则普遍对教学过程感到枯燥,对教学内容感到复杂,对知识理解与接受感到困难。结论应用于前列腺靶向穿刺教学的自我调节学习辅助教学法能通过激发学员学习兴趣与积极性,提高学习效率,从而取得良好的学习效果。
Objective To explore the application of selfregulating learning assistant teaching in prostate targeted biopsy teaching,improve learning efficiency and achieve good learning effect.Methods 10 residents from the standardized residents training in the hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental arm adopted a self-regulated learning assistant teaching method,while the control group adopted traditional theoretical teaching+video learning+teacher on-site operation demonstration+student independent operation practicing.After 21 days,the two arms of students were assessed on the same theory and operation and received feedback from the students.Results 21 days after the examination of theory and operation of the inspection results were better than the control arm.According to the feedback,the students form the experimental arm generally feel pleasure in the teaching process,the teaching content exciting,more willing to the initiative to study and understand the biopsy related content.The students from the traditional teaching method arm generally feel annoying for the teaching process,the teaching contents are complex,the difficulty of knowledge to understand and accept.Conclusion The self-regulated learning assistant teaching method,applied in targeted prostate biopsy teaching can stimulate students’interest and enthusiasm in learning,improve learning efficiency,and achieve a functional learning effect.
