摘要 病理检验技术是医学教育中医学检验专业人才培养体系的重要构成部分。对高职院校病理检验技术专业的病理课程做深入分析,将课程开发基于工作应用能力,以职业为导向,以岗位工作内容和职责为引领,以互联网为载体,将岗位绩效考核融入到课程评价中,通过对病理科病理技术员工作内容为导向做课程研发模式、教学设计模型,综合研究分析,进行病理检验技术课程重构。同时,以此契机进一步深度融合校企共建与工学结合,引入医学教育培养新理念,健全发展以职业需求为导向的课程改革体系,提高教学效果,促进学习者就业,协同带动学院与行业、企业的整体水平提高。 The technique of pathological examination is an important part of the personnel training system of medical laboratory professionals in medical education.This paper makes an in-depth study on the pathology course of pathology examination technology major in higher vocational colleges.The course development is based on the work application ability,career oriented,job description,Internet as the carrier,and through the comprehensive research and analysis of the curriculum development mode and teaching design mode of pathology technical staff as the guidance.Integrating the post performance appraisal into the course evaluation,the course reconstruction of pathology examination technology is developed.At the same time,taking this opportunity to further integrate school-enterprise co-construction with work-study integration,introduce a new concept of medical education and training,improve the development of a curriculum reform system oriented to professional needs,and improve teaching results,promoting the overall level of colleges,industries and enterprises in coordination.
