高效抗反转录病毒治疗对艾滋病体液免疫的探讨

Discussion on Humoral Immunity of AIDS With Highly Effective Antiretroviral Therapy

目的探讨高效抗反转录病毒治疗对艾滋病体液免疫及预后的作用。方法选取本院就诊艾滋病患者共70例开展研究。对比患者治疗前及治疗后各时间段内体液免疫指标变化,分析治疗预后情况。结果患者服药治疗3个月、6个月及12个月时hs-CRP、TNF-α及Ang-Ⅱ指标较治疗前均有明显下降,CD4+T指标呈明显上升指标且均高于治疗前(P<0.05);服药期间患者中出现药疹6例(8.57%)、肝毒性损伤11例(15.71%)、骨髓抑制14例(20.00%)、末梢神经炎5例(7.14%)、脂肪萎缩3例(4.29%),无死亡病例,且患者上述不良反应均在服药3月后出现。结论艾滋病治疗采用高效抗反转录病毒方案,可对患者体液免疫功能起到较好改善作用,积极提升其机体免疫机能,且治疗后药物无严重副反应,可经相应辅助治疗缓解。

Objective To investigate the effect of anti retroviral therapy on humoral immunity and prognosis of AIDS.Methods A total of 70 AIDS patients in our hospital were studied.The changes of humoral immune indexes were compared before and after treatment,and the prognosis was analyzed.Results The indexes of hs CRP,TNF-αand Ang-Ⅱdecreased significantly at 3,6 and 12 months after treatment,and the indexes of CD4+T increased significantly(P<0.05),6 cases of drug eruption(8.57%),11 cases of hepatotoxic injury(15.71%),14 cases of myelosuppression(20.00%),5 cases of peripheral neuritis(7.14%),adipose atrophy.There were 3 cases(4.29%),with no death,and all of the above adverse reactions occurred 3 months later.Conclusion The anti retroviral therapy can improve the humoral immune function of patients,improve the immune function of patients,and the drugs have no serious side effects after treatment,which can be alleviated by the corresponding adjuvant treatment.
