女性围绝经期综合征行雌二醇片雌二醇地屈孕酮片治疗的效果

The Effect of Estradiol and Dydrogesterone Tablets in the Treatment of Female Perimenopausal Syndrome

目的评价雌二醇片雌二醇地屈孕酮片用于女性围绝经期综合征治疗中的效果。方法取本院2018年5月—2019年5月收治的100例女性围绝经期综合征患者进行研究,回顾病例,将患者按照入院时间单双号进行随机分组,分为对照组、试验组,各50例。前者给予常规药物治疗,后者给予雌二醇片雌二醇地屈孕酮片治疗,对比两组血清指标、临床症状评分、治疗总有效率、不良反应。结果与对照组相比,试验组血清指标较优、临床症状评分较低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,试验组治疗总有效率较高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,试验组不良反应发生率较低(P<0.05)。结论在女性围绝经期综合征治疗中,应用雌二醇片雌二醇地屈孕酮片,既能改善患者血清激素水平、提高治疗效果,又可改善临床症状,促使患者病情尽快好转。

Objective To evaluate the effect of estradiol and dydrogesterone tablets in the treatment of female climacteric syndrome.Methods From May 2018 to May 2019,100 female patients with climacteric syndrome admitted to our hospital were studied,the cases were reviewed,and the patients were edited according to the number of admissions,and randomly divided into a control group and a test group,50 cases each.The former was treated with conventional drugs,while the latter was treated with estradiol and dydrogesterone tablets.The serum indexes,clinical symptom scores,total treatment efficiency,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the test group had better serum indexes and lower clinical symptom scores(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the test group had a higher total treatment efficiency(P<0.05);compared with the control group compared with the experimental group,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of female climacteric syndrome,the application of estradiol and dydrogesterone tablets can not only improve the serum hormone levels of the patients,improve the therapeutic effect,but also improve the clinical symptoms,and promote the patients’condition to improve as soon as possible.
