尿液分析仪与显微镜红细胞计数法在尿隐血检测中的应用比较 被引量:3

摘要 目的探究尿隐血检测中应用尿液分析仪与显微镜红细胞计数法的检验价值。方法选取2018年11月至2019年11月本院收治的171例需实施尿隐血检测患者作为研究对象,先对患者实施显微镜红细胞计数法检验(A组),再进行尿液分析仪潜血检测(B组)。分析并比较两种检测方法的诊断阳性率及医师对检测操作流程的满意率。结果B组检测阳性率为76.61%,A组检测阳性率为73.10%,组间比较差异无统计学意义;B组操作满意率为100.00%,明显高于A组的50.00%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尿液分析仪与显微镜红细胞计数法对检测尿隐血均有一定检测价值,而尿液分析操作过程简单,诊断率较高,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the value of urine analyzer and microscope red blood cell counting method in urine occult blood test.Methods From November 2018 to November 2019,171 patients in our hospital who need to be tested for urine occult blood were selected as the research subjects.The patients were first tested by the microscope red blood cell count test(group A),and then the urine analyzer occult blood test(group B).Analyze and compare the diagnostic positive rate of the two detection methods and the satisfaction rate of the physician on the detection operation flow.Results The positive rate in group B was 76.61%,and the positive rate of detection in group A was 73.10%,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups;the satisfaction rate of group B was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than the 50.00%of group A,and there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Urine analyzer and microscope red blood cell counting method have certain detection value for detecting urinary occult blood,and the urine analysis operation process is simple and the diagnosis rate is high.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
