后腹腔镜下肾动脉肾部分切除术治疗肾肿瘤的疗效研究

Efficacy of retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy of renal artery in the treatment of renal tumors

目的分析后腹腔镜下肾部分切除术治疗肾肿瘤的临床疗效。方法选取2012年12月至2020年2月本院收治的48例肾肿瘤患者,所有患者均接受后腹腔镜下肾部分切除术治疗。观察患者手术治疗情况、手术前后血肌酐(Scr)水平及并发症发生情况。结果所有手术均顺利完成,未中转开腹或行肾切除。术前、手术结束时、术后1 d及术后3 d,患者Scr水平比较差异无统计学意义。术后患者发生切口疼痛3例,切口感染1例,出血1例,并发症发生率为10.42%。结论肾肿瘤患者采取后腹腔镜下肾部分切除术治疗,患者术后恢复快,并发症少,手术风险低,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy in the treatment of renal tumors.Methods 48 cases of renal tumor patients in our hospital from December 2012 to February 2020 were selected,all patients received retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy.The operation treatment,serum creatinine(Scr)level before and after operation and complications were observed.Results All operations were successfully completed without conversion to development or nephrectomy.There was no significant difference in Scr levels before operation,after operation,1 d and 3 d after operation.There were 3 cases of incision pain,1 case of incision infection and 1 case of bleeding,the incidence of complications was 10.42%.Conclusion Retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy for renal tumor patients has the advantages of fast postoperative recovery,low complication rate and low operation risk,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
