Process Improvement of 190 Series Engine Piston Connecting Rod Group

发动机连杆组是发动机运行的核心部件,其可靠性关系着发动机的整个生命周期。济柴190系列发动机的活塞连杆组基本结构,其定位方式由小头定位和大头定位两种,其润滑方式有强制润滑和飞溅润滑两种。在开发设计改进型190系列由V型机转化到直列机过程中出现活塞销和小头衬套烧结现象。为解决该问题,公司成立了课题小组,主要针济柴改进型190系列柴油机小头定位连杆进行的工艺改进。该项目已通过工业试验且取得良好效果。

Engine connecting rod group is the core component of engine operation,and its reliability is related to the whole life cycle of engine.The basic structure of piston connecting rod group of Jichai 190 series engines has two positioning modes:small end positioning and big end positioning.The lubrication modes include forced lubrication and splash lubrication.In the process of developing and designing H190 series from V-type machine to in-line machine,the sintering phenomenon of piston pin and small head bushing occurred.In order to solve this problem,the company has set up a research group,mainly focusing on the process improvement of Jichai H190 series diesel engine small end positioning connecting rod.The project has passed the industrial test and achieved good results.
