基于某轮柴油机异常停车的故障诊断与处理分析

Fault Diagnosis and Processing Analysis Based on Abnormal Shutdown of A Ship Diesel Engine

柴油机作为船舶核心动力,其安全性、可靠性对船舶营运、海洋环境、人员安全起着关键性作用。本文基于某轮典型柴油机MAN B&WMC异常停车故障现象,对故障产生的原因进行多角度剖析,指出故障诊断中的关键问题。由于柴油机故障的多样性,与其故障特征参数并不一定对等,提出现阶段应对故障发生应加强的管控措施和建议,以期为轮机管理人员提供借鉴和指导意义。

As the core power of the ship,the safety and reliability of the diesel engine play a key role in ship operation,marine environment and personnel safety.Based on the abnormal shutdown of a typical diesel engine MAN B&W MC,this paper analyzes the causes of the failure from multiple angles and points out the key problems in the fault diagnosis.Due to the diversity of diesel engine failures,and its failure characteristic parameters are not necessarily equal,the management and control measures and suggestions that should be strengthened in response to failures at the emergence stage are proposed in order to provide reference and guidance for marine management personnel.
