湖南省文化产业投入产出效率实证分析——基于DEA-BCC和Malmquist指数模型

Empirical Analysis of Cultural Industry Input-Output Efficiency in Hunan Province Base on DEA-BCC and Malmquist Index Model

基于2014—2018年湖南省文化产业投入与产出数据,运用DEA-BCC和Malmquist生产力指数模型对湖南省14个地级市文化产业技术效率和规模效率进行测度.研究结果表明:湖南省文化产业效率在近几年呈整体上升趋势,但纯技术效率值低于全国均值且各个地级市之间文化产业纯技术效率和规模效率存在着较大的不平衡.鉴于此,推动湖南省文化产业高质量发展需要的不仅是增加生产要素的投入,而应该在此基础上同时注重合理配置资源、优化产业内部结构,最终实现各区域均衡发展.

Based on the input-output data of cultural industries in Hunan province from 2014 to 2018,this paper used DEA-BCC and Malmquist index model to measure the technological efficiency and scale efficiency of cultural industries in 14 prefecture-level cities in Hunan Province.The results show that the efficiency of cultural industry in Hunan province indicates an overall rising trend in recent years,but the value of pure technical efficiency is lower than the national average,and there is a great imbalance between the pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of cultural industry in various prefecture-level cities.In view of this,to promote the high-quality development of the cultural industry in Hunan province,it is not only necessary to increase the input of production factors,but also on this basis should pay more attention to the reasonable allocation of resources,optimize the internal structure of the industry,and finally achieve the balanced development of all regions.
