高校仪器设备报废处置中存在的问题及改进措施

Problems and Improvements of the Instruments and Equipments Abandonment Disposals in Universities

针对高校仪器设备报废处置中存在未设置专职管理岗、设备账目清理困难、报废处理周期过长、重购置轻管理等问题,结合实际工作,提出了一些解决思路及改进措施,以推动资产报废工作有序、高效进行,加速固定资产的循环流通、利用,为教学科研、人才培养、学科建设提供必要条件。

Problems of the instruments and equipments abandonment disposals are ubiquitous in universities,such as the intractable cleanup of equipments and accounts,the long cycle of abandonment disposals,excessive and improper emphasis on the purchase of equipments but not the administrations and managements,the lack of corresponding professional management posts and so on.Several innovative ideas and effective measures have been propounded to facilitate the asset retirements sequentially and efficiently,also accelerate the utilization and circulation of fixed assets in this paper and the improvements and strategies will provide the necessary condition for the research and teaching,talent cultivation and discipline construction for universities.
