摘要
介绍了在“一流专业”建设背景下,北京化工大学自主研制的用于过程装备与控制工程专业实验教学的多功能综合实验装置。这些实验装置将阀门、泵、压缩机、承压壳体等典型过程设备或机械与过程参数控制技术有机融合,综合性能优越,应用这些实验装置显著地减少了专业实验教学装置的投入,有效提高了实验装置利用率,并易于开发设计型和研究型实验项目,加强了学生动手能力、创新意识和科研素质的培养。目前实验装置已成功应用于北京化工大学的本科教学中,并已被国内多所高校采用。
In this paper,three new sets of experimental devices independently developed by the experimental teaching team of process equipment and control engineering faculty of Beijing University of Chemical Technology under the background of first-class specialty construction are introduced.These experimental devices integrate classical process equipment or machinery such as valves,pumps,compressors,and shells with process parameter control technology,and,thus,have superior overall performances.The application of these devices significantly reduces the investment in experimental devices,effectively improves the utilization rate of devices,and strengthens the cultivation of students’practical ability,innovative awareness and research quality.At present,the experimental devices have been successfully used in the undergraduateeducation of Beijing University of Chemical Technology and have been adopted by many domestic universities.
