新工科背景下应用型本科院校多方协同智能制造型人才培养体系探究 被引量:1

摘要 伴随国内外新一轮科技革命和产业革命的发展,在新工科的背景之下,以多方协同培养智能制造型人才为宗旨,通过以学生为中心、以企业需求为导向、以行业标准为准绳,在符合《中国制造2025》战略和中国工业4.0战略的前提下,摸索应用型本科高校多方协同的智能制造型人才培养模式,重构培养框架,培养符合对口行业需求、多数企业需要、社会高标准认可的智能制造型新工科人才。实现知识与能力配套,专业与行业接轨的双赢培养。 At present,with the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial revolution at home and abroad,as well as the emergence and development of new intelligent manufacturing industries,my country's new engineering construction is still in the exploratory stage,and there are still many problems in various aspects that need to be resolved.Under the background of new engineering,our school aims to cultivate new engineering talents in intelligent manufacturing through multi-party collaboration.Through student-centered,enterprise demand-oriented,and industry standards as the criterion,our school is in line with the"Made in China 2025"strategy and Under the premise of China's Industry 4.0 strategy,explore a training model that meets the development of applied undergraduate colleges and universities for multi-party collaborative training of new engineering talents in intelligent manufacturing,reconstruct the training framework of new engineering talents in intelligent manufacturing,and train to meet the needs of the counterpart industry,the needs of most companies,and the society.New engineering talents recognized by standards for intelligent manufacturing.In the end,a win-win cultivation of knowledge and ability matching,professional and industry integration is realized.
