摘要
针对组成复杂的短链氯化石蜡(SCCPs),目前尚未有完善测定纺织品中SCCPs的方法,本实验把从样品中提取的SCCPs经钯催化脱氯氢化反应,采用GC-MS检测生成的C_(10)~C_(13)直链烷烃,外标法定量,通过优化氢气流速和进样口温度,建立了碳骨架GC-MS测定纺织品中SCCPs的方法。该方法加标回收率在84.5%~106.65%,精密度(RSD)为3.65~7.64%,检出限(LOD)为2.5 mg/kg,可用于纺织品中SCCPs的定性定量分析。
The SCCPs extracted from samples were dechlorinated and hydrogenated with palladium as catalyzer.The generated straight-chain paraffins of C_(10)-C_(13) were detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)and quantified by external standard method.The flow rate of hydrogen and the temperature of injection port were optimized.The recoveries of this method for SCCPs in textile samples varied from 84.5%to 106.65%,the precisions(RSD)ranged from 3.65%to 7.64%,and the limit of detection(LOD)was 2.5 mg/kg.This method is suitable for qualitative and quantitative analysis of SCCPs in textiles.
