摘要
建立并使用高效液相色谱法测定药用大蒜素片中二烯丙基二硫醚(Diallyl disulfide,DADS)以及二烯丙基三硫醚(Diallyl trisulfide,DATS)的含量。实验使用H ypersiL ODS C18柱进行色谱分离,流动相由甲醇/水/甲酸组成,比例为85∶15∶0.1。测定波长是225nm,流速为1.0 mg/L。实验结果表明,DADS在1.0~16.0mg/L浓度的范围内和峰面积有较好的线性关系,R^(2)=0.9991。DATS在1~40mg/L浓度的范围内和峰面积有较好的线性关系,R^(2)=0.9994。DADS的回收率在91.20%~98.80%,DATS的回收率在94.74%~106.39%。
The chromatographic separation was performed on a Hypersil ODS C18 column,with methanol,water and formic acid solution(v∶v∶v,85∶15∶0.1)as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 225 nm,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The test results showed that DADS had a good linear relationship with peak area in the range of 1.0—16.0mg/L,R^(2)=0.9991;DATS had a good Linear relationship with peak area in the range of 1—40mg/L,R^(2)=0.9994.The recoveries of DADS were 91.20%—98.80%,and the recoveries of DATS was 94.74%—106.39%.
